Go Raw LLC has issued a voluntary recall for a single lot of:
- Product: Quest Cat Food Chicken Recipe Freeze Dried Nuggets
- Size: 10 oz bag
- Lot Code: C25288
- Best By Date: 10/15/2027
At this time, no other lots or recipes are affected.
Why This Recall Was Issued
This specific lot may contain low levels of thiamine (Vitamin B1). Thiamine plays an essential role in your cat’s nervous system and heart function. A deficiency can become serious if not identified and treated early.
Symptoms to Watch For
If your cat has consumed this product, monitor for:
- Decreased appetite
- Vomiting
- Lethargy or weakness
- Weight loss
- Neurologic signs such as unsteadiness, dilated pupils, tremors, seizures, or abnormal head/neck positioning

If you purchased this product in one of these states, please check the lot code and best-by date listed above.
If you have this product at home, discontinue feeding it immediately and contact the retailer where it was purchased for return instructions.
