Jody holds a certificate in the Professional Program as a Companion End-of-Life Doula through UVM. She is also a certified Soul Level Animal Communicator® through Danielle Mackinnon, a Pet Loss Professional, and the author of Do You Talk with Animals?
Jody also holds an Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology and brings 12 years of experience as a compassionate veterinary technician to her new role as a Customer Service Representative. Jody is passionate about the conservation of the Monarch Butterfly and actively educates others on the importance and care of milkweed, a vital resource for these butterflies.
She shares her home with two dogs—Kara, an 8-year-old Papillon, Perseus, a 10-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel—as well as two cats, Lili and Logan. She has two daughters, Josie and Jillian, and has been married to her husband Bill for 25 years. Outside of work, Jody loves spending time in nature and connecting with the animals that live there. A lifelong dream of hers is to one day snorkel with humpback whales in the wild.
